I still advise to bring all the below the items when you listen to this video so you get the best result. It is done at the beach so you will be hearing the waves and our voices when we speak so it may be a bit hard to hear so higher it as high as can be and wear ear phones! This is why it is only listed for this price!

Let’s connect and build a beautiful sisterhood to network, connect, meditate , and enjoy some sound bath music, while listening to the waves of the ocean.

I have been desiring a sound bath session on the beach, however, I couldn't find any! Hence, as usual, when it's not there, I design what I desire and spread the joy to those who desire the same, a community of beautiful souls!

and nothing in the world relaxes me like sound bath music does and to have it by the water, oh  my, just imagine it!!! I seriously can't wait!!!

I have found the most beautiful soul, Tracy Shoman, to conduct this circle for us, I am so excited for you all to meet her.

My goal in this world is to provide a safe space for others to authentically be the best version of themselves  to design & live their best lives, whatever that means to them!

Life is a journey .....so lets rise together my sisters.... 

This also so happened to be on the new moon so talk about divine timing, perfect time to set new intentions!

• There will be a sacred space altar at the center of the circle and you may bring a special object or special item, such as a crystal or a photograph to place on the altar to receive Reiki Energy and blessings!

Everything here is optional, so whatever you wish not to do, you don't have to and that is okay, this is a safe space and your time!

• Yoga Mat

• You may also bring blankets and a pillow as an option if you desire more comfort while laying down for the sound bath music session. 

• Feel free to bring a journal and something to write with if you wanted to take down notes or whatever comes through during/after this session.
• I made goodie bags and in them there is water & snacks( plus other non food items, it's a surprise ), & there will be a vendor from the farm brining us yummy fresh fruit and snacks ( replays unfortunately can't get the goodie bags or fruits!)
